As a facilitator, you, together with two colleagues, deal with everything within our organization regarding the management of buildings, workplaces, the work environment and the means of transport, so that drivers and employees of the municipality can do their job undisturbed.
The facility service is part of the Advice & Support team. The team also consists of Finance, Management Secretariat, Information Management, Legal, Insurance and Purchasing.
The most important tasks of a facilitator:
You provide post rides
You support at board meetings, information evenings and other meetings, usually in the evening in the town hall.
Together with a colleague, you perform your repairs

You join the alarm follow-upYou take care of orders
You maintain contacts with suppliers
We are looking for a facilitator talent!
You are fit for this feature if you are hospitable and helpful and like to be in regular contact with colleagues and visitors to our town hall. Furthermore, you would like to work in a team and immediately take action if you notice any problems or irregularities. Of course, you can go well with large printers, scanners, a cutting machine and our audio visual systems as we have in our boardroom.
