The company is open to all interested people from around the world, and 1000 people selected by the company for the job interview will benefit from an opportunity to travel around the country waiting for results to be announced.
The company will cover all travel, lodging and hiking expenses in New Zealand. Candidates in the first phase will be required to prepare a vision for "leading technology companies" in Wellington, capital of the country.

The program, named "Looksee Wellington", was developed in partnership between the Government and Global Employment Company, Wellington Regional Economic Development Agency (WREDA), and New Zealand Workhere.
The successful candidates were chosen from more than 48,000 applicants, who were offered free flights and accommodation in the capital for one week.
Kidd said he decided to apply for LookSee Wellington as he and his wife were keen travellers and were looking for their next adventure.
"We have for a few years now been looking at living and working overseas. We love to travel, but we've always wanted to spend a bit more time in a place rather than whizz through on a holiday."
