Food Services Attendant.

Hours of Work: 6.5 Hours Per Week; Evenings/Weekends; $1600-$1915
Salary/Benefits: $17.90 - $20.84 per hour as per the CUPE Collective Agreement
Responsibilities/Duties:
Canada Immigration and Visa Jobs
Performs heavy lifting, heavy pushing and pulling duties on a continuous basis. Operates large dishwashing machines, washes and sanitizes pots and pans, cleans kitchen equipment. Transports food carts, steam tables and mobile refrigerators to and from unit areas. Lifts and stores goods and supplies in the appropriate areas. Delivers food and supplies to external locations. Performs other related duties as required/assigned.Education:
Completion of Grade 10 is required
Must have the ability to read, write speak and comprehend the English language and to follow written and oral directions
Experience:
Previous related experience in a health care setting or hospitality industry is desirable.
Certificate in FoodSafe is an asset.
Personal Competencies:
Must pass CapitalCare literacy test
Ability to follow and adhere to policies and procedures of CapitalCare; safety procedures for Infection Control, WHMIS and back care
